Here at Diamond Lane Farm & Carriage, we breed, raise and train quality registered Percheron Draft Horses

We are very proud to say that the first foal born on the farm, “Diamond Lane Royal Jewels”, was in the 2008 Reserve Champion 6 Horse Hitch of Registered Congress, held in Ontario, Canada.  Two weeks later, he was in the 2008 winning- national hitch in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Percheron Draft Horse originated in LE Perch France

They are all either Dapple Grey or Black.  All Percherons are born black, but some will turn grey through a dappling.

When born, these horses weigh between 100 – 150 lbs, and mature horses can weigh up to 2,600 lbs.
